Framework for Nuclear Energy Policy

Atomic Energy Commission has decided to formulate a new policy plan targeting the period over next ten years. For this purpose, the Atomic Energy Commission set up a New Nuclear Policy-Planning Council (Planning Council) in June 2004.
On October 11th 2005, Framework for Nuclear Energy Policy was decided by The Atomic Energy Commission. And also on October 14th 2005, Cabinet Council decided that government respect Framework for Nuclear Energy Policy as a fundamental principle for research, development and utilization of nuclear science and engineering.
