The Atomic Energy Commission established a Technical Subcommittee of the New Nuclear Policy-Planning Council. It is to conduct studies of specialized technical matters, as instructed by the New Nuclear Policy-Planning Council, in preparation for the comprehensive evaluation of the nuclear fuel cycle to be conducted by that Policy-Planning Council.
