Description:
Radioisotopes can be used in a wide variety of fields. In recent years, in the medical field, "theranostics", which combines diagnosis and treatment, especially using alpha-emitting radiopharmaceuticals, has been attracting attention. The event focuses on Astatine 211, for which basic research is progressing, and aims to share the recent R&D status of Astatine 211 and its government-led supply chain networks and to seek the expected roles of the international organization for the supply of necessary rare radioisotopes.
